Great Experience! Chris Vanderbilt Wel was the first person we met when we entered the dealership on the 16th of January. Our experience with Chris right from the start Chris Vanderbilt Wel was the first person we met when we entered the dealership on the 16th of January. Our experience with Chris right from the start was amazing. We explained that we were just starting out looking at different vehicles. We told him that we were thinking about the Tiguan. He was very patient with us and went over the different features of the Tiguan and different options of the vehicle. He than offered to take us for a test drive and from that drive we were very interested. He than went over the pricing with us and was very knowledgeable. The most important thing is he did not pressure us at all as he knew we were just starting to look. He than offered to show us a a Tiguan that your dealership has just received. It was still wrapped for protection, we fell in love with the colour and the interior. We than met your sales manager who was very nice and welcoming. We thanked both of them for their time, and said we needed to think about it and we wanted to look at a Jeep Cherokee. We went to the Jeep dealership and it there was just no comparison with the service. We called Chris the next day set up an appointment and the rest is history. Chris, Joanne and Hugh were all amazing. You have a great team and we recommend them very highly! More
