It was a good experience I went in expecting to lease a new vehicle in return of my Jetta 2013, because there were 2 months left to terminate my current lease and I didn't eve I went in expecting to lease a new vehicle in return of my Jetta 2013, because there were 2 months left to terminate my current lease and I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Daniel took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car, the Tiguan, that I am enjoying and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, mats, etc. I highly recommend Daniel Turner, Volkwagen. It was worth the 30 minutes drive to get there. More

He advised me how important it is for the advisor, so I'm writing my review now to say how much I appreciate the service I receive from Rui. This was my first VW purchase, a 2015 GTI, (I have always driven a Ford). I have seen more of the service centre than I would like, a lot of hiccups and recalls. I would just like to say whenever one of these hiccups arises I call Rui and he says if I'm in the area to drop in and he'll have it looked after ASAP. The problem is always rectified. If I decide to purchase this vehicle or lease a new one at my lease's end with VW, it will be because of the care and expertise I receive from Rui. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Thank You Rui!! More
