My Regular Maintenance November 2015 My Camry was due for complete 3 year fall checkup. I drive to Birchwood Toyota from Minnedosa so it was nice that he showed interest about my trip which can sometimes take 2 1/2 hours at least depending on road conditions. I like waiting for the maintenance to my car to be done in the waiting room and the area where the TV is located. Time goes by quickly when there is TV to watch and sometimes another customer to chat with about our Toyota cars. This last time Tony Pedreira, sales advisor who sold me my 2012 Camry, had some time to discuss and show me the 2016 Camrys and gave me a brochure. I like talking to Tony because he knows so much about cars and Camrys in particular. I always look forward to seeing Tony and to bringing my car to Birchwood Toyota because I feel like they care about me and service my car in the best possible way. Carol Lee More

Made appointment to test drive vehicle model I was interested in and was met at dealership as arranged. Took along build & price sheet that I prepared in advance on Toyota.ca and went for test drive. Very happy with vehicle I test drove, agreed upon a fair price for our trade-in and arranged vehicle and options financing with Finance Manager. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Birchwood Toyota and both times we have been really happy with our experiences - a very clean & pleasant facility, great sales and finance advice and good vehicle delivery and after-sales service experiences. No complaints. More

Battery Replacement Due. I took my vehicle in for a faulty clutch start switch. It turned out that my floor mat was limiting clutch travel. While in for service my vehicle required to be boosted to start. I was not aware that my battery was over 5 yrs. old and needed replacement. Good timing! More

Dissapointed in their shady practices We bought a brand new 2014 Toyota Matrix in Dec 2013. We were told that the roof rack was added on at an additional cost and would be in within a week We bought a brand new 2014 Toyota Matrix in Dec 2013. We were told that the roof rack was added on at an additional cost and would be in within a week or so. A few months later we still hadn't heard anything and wanted to go camping and use our roof rack. We called and were transferred to parts who said it would be ordered (wasn't it already?!) and would be in within a month. Another few months went by and another phone call got us the same transfer to parts who said exactly the same thing and to wait a month. We kept forgetting about it and now when I take out our contract so I can call to demand our roof rack today or our money back I see it was never added to the contract at all as Jaunty assured us it would be. I think this was a scam from the beginning and will never buy from Birchwood Toyota again. Our first few oil changes were a reasonable price, one I was told "not to worry about it" and it was free (that was very nice, although odd). We recently had an oil change and 'winterize' done. I was quoted a price over the phone but when I arrived the amount on paper was $100 higher, I assumed it was a mistake by the person on the phone who booked the appointment. Then when my car was ready it was another $100 higher not once was this discussed with me or the bill explained at all. If you will pay they will charge you as much as they can. I will never take my car there again. More

He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about each product. He was very straight forward and honest about my options. I left the dealership to check out my other options from other dealerships and none of them could match the customer service or price that Birchwood Toyota had to offer. Alex and Gil were phenomenal and I would definitely recommend them to any family member or friend! They made my search for a car stress free and quick! More
