Came in for a service visit left with a new car I brought my car into Birchwood Toyota because the check engine light came on. I was told that my warranty was going to run out in about 6 months and I brought my car into Birchwood Toyota because the check engine light came on. I was told that my warranty was going to run out in about 6 months and that I should talk to Nelson about my options....he explained that I could purchase the extended warranty or that they would love to trade my RAV4 in for a new car for me.....he showed me the new safety features that were now on the RAV4....when I decided to do the trade in he got Wade to come speak with me (I had bought my original RAV4 through Wade in 2015). Wade showed me my options for the RAV4 and the pricing.....he had all the same options as what I had in my original (except for the remote starter which was solved when I came to pick up my car). Then I was taken over to speak with Scott for th financing....again very friendly and efficient. Scott got all the information he would need for my credit application and said he would call me later that afternoon to let me know when I would be able to pick up my new RAV4 since they were getting it in from another location....th call came around 5 that afternoon and I was told I could pick my up my new RAV4 on Monday....on Monday everyone was so cheerful (which is surprising since it is a Monday and I know I hate being at work on a Monday!) signed all the paperwork with Scott and made an appointment to have the elite package done 2 days later...I was walked through all th new features of my car, and everyone who had helped me congratulated me on my new car (even the guy who helped me out with my check engine light)....long story short I would recommend Birchwood Toyota More
