I told Andy I was on a time crunch, as I needed to accompany my daughter to her doctor's appointment later that day. I was serviced in record time. Somehow one of my keys fell apart a few months earlier, and my sales agent Andrew put it together for me, and I picked it up today. My experience with Andrew is he always tries to deliver a positive experience! The vibe at birchwood is casual but professional and the service area is spotless. A leaf fell from my car, and it was a lone leaf on a immaculate floor I left the cashier being told my car was given a wash, and I was wished "a good day."
