I met Mark Dupuis,, I explained what I was looking for and we went from there. I was also introduced to Adam, the Manager. I finally settled on a Camry, which I love. Mark and Adam were very professional, pleasant and helpful. We made the deal and then we met Justine who did all the paperwork and explained all the protection plans etc. She was a delight. When we picked the car up, a young lady went over the operation etc. of the vehicle. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but, she was very helpful. Our overall experience was good and we were very impressed with everyone we dealt with. More

This visit was for an issue which was resolved very quickly but what I appreciated was the loaner vehicle already started and being warmed up (it was -30). Jeremy was able to determine some of the maintenance needed was covered under my extended warranty and I had never even thought to ask about that. The staff is always friendly and very well organized. In all my years of owning vehicles I can honestly say they are #1 in terms of service and customer satisfaction. More

I previously owned a 2010 Corolla and had been to the service department in the past and I will not hesitate to recommend them to any one who asks me. I was even impressed by the way that Kyra spent the time to make sure I knew about some of the features in my new vehicle and how to access them, even showing me how to pair my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. I could have just been handed the keys and shown the door and left to figure them out for myself, but that just shows the dedication to customer satisfaction that they strive for.
