Very dissatisfied with my moms experience with her new Rav 4 purchased last year. The transfer case went with very few km’s and then the whole right axle assembly is shot. They give her a rental from ente Rav 4 purchased last year. The transfer case went with very few km’s and then the whole right axle assembly is shot. They give her a rental from enterprise which was supposed to be for the day but Toyota says it’s going to take 10 days for the parts. Now my mom owes a big bill there because of the extra insurance they charged her. She only thought the vehicle would be down for the day like they told her. But she already had the rental and Called me instead of her to say that to just keep the vehicle. Toyota said they would pick up the cost. I had no idea they only paid the basic coverage and not the extra that my mom must have taken out which was supposed to be for only the one day. Now she has this big bill from Enterprise. Thanks Toyota for explaining all this NOT. Be careful customers. More
