I loved my experience with this group. Jack is by far my favorite sales person. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. He truly was excellent. After checking out several other makes and models at other dealerships, came back here to buy the car I fell in love with. I had to wait a bit, but the staff went above and beyond to find me exactly the model I wanted in the color and style I desired. The Infiniti QX30 is a nice little crossover, the size a hatchback but slightly higher, with a very comfortable ride. A perfect get-around-town car but still with plenty of zip for the highway and comfort for longer rides. More

Go the extra mile Last week I came to Birchwood Nissan in hopes of getting out of my lease from River City Ford and being a customer for 5 yrs with them and kinda felt Last week I came to Birchwood Nissan in hopes of getting out of my lease from River City Ford and being a customer for 5 yrs with them and kinda felt Hostage in for the next 2 yrs. I met Kyle and Roy and explained to them what was up and I was worried they were not going to take the buyout on my old lease considering how hi the buyout was......... as they just stood there calmly and you could see without out that they new they could get me out of my jail sentence and set me up with my new 2017 Titan and they did this in a matter of a few hours. Bottom Line I like the way I was treated, the staff I dealt with was very down to earth, confident , mature and professional. Kyle Holod,Roy and Jason solid job!!
