Awesome car. Tim and Connor arranged for me to take an extended test drive in the Niro so that I could get it to my wife to drive..and she loved it. We got a great deal and the process with Lee in the business office was painless. Have driven the Niro around town a couple of days now and are averaging 4.8 l/100 km - almost 58.8 mpg!! More
Absolutely disgusted My 2015 Kia Forte had excessive metal filings in the engine oil therefore I needed a complete new engine installed. They tried hiding the issue with the engine from me and after multiple tries I finally received the report stating the issue. I was given the run around for week before they agreed to swap the entire engine. The replacement was covered under warranty but no one, the dealership and Kia Canada, can offer any type of support or reassurance that my car will not have similar further issues. I have requested extended warranty on just the engine and have been given the absolute worst customer service from Kia Canada. I was told directly from Kia Canada that they do not care about negative reviews, therefore they do not care about their customers. After the engine replacement, my car ran fine for a few weeks however I have to bring the car back due to an excessively loud howling noise coming from the front end of the car. This is a 2 year old car with MAJOR issues and no one from Kia cares. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly suggest no one give Kia their business. You will be in the service centre often, drive an unreliable car, and get the worst customer service if you do decide to go with a Kia. More
Ripped Off! I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Birchwood Kia East on March 22th, 2017. I test drove the car a week earlier when it was dirty and covered in snow and ice. I also traded in a vehicle on this purchase. When I picked up the Malibu it was parked under an overhang in the shade. After I drove the car home and got out and looked across the roof to talk to a friend, I noticed there was hail damage on the roof and trunk. Also when I purchased the vehicle the loans manager got a buyout number on the loan I had on the car I traded in and said the loan would be paid within five days. I continued to make payments on the trade in for another month! I found out that the loans manager called the bank and got a new buyout amount weeks after I had traded my old car in. Since I was still making payments on the old car the buyout was less for them. They owned the car and I was Making payments on it. I have emailed and called every manager in the building, no one will call me back. Do not trust these people, they are shysters. More

I was very straight forward with what we needed both in a car and in price and although it didn't originally seem that we were going to be able to make a deal, the staff worked to meet our needs. The process of purchasing a vehicle was comfortable and the staff did not rush but took time to make sure we were well informed and had all our questions answered in a way that made us feel valued. When we felt the detailing was not done well enough when we came to pick up the vehicle, staff once again immediately adressed the issue in a way meant very little inconvenience to us. When we disagreed about a couple issues, staff members were respectful and receptive to making sure things were done in a way we were comfortable with. Staff we dealt with did everything they could to get our bussiness without being pushy or manipulative. Just as importantly, they continued to make sure to patiently address further questions and concerns even after they made the sale. Our happiness and confidence seemed genuinely important and little extras were done to make the process as smooth and convenient for us as it could be. I was helping my mom find what will probably be her last vehicle and was so impressed by the experience that I will be recommending that my daughter visit this dealership when she is ready to buy her first car! More
