Unlike other dealerships salesman didn't contact me after sale completed. Seems that customer service stops after sale is completed. More

Friendly, professional service. I dealt with Jhenner on this visit. He was courteous & helpful with any concerns I had. I chose to wait for my vehicle & was invited to have a seat I dealt with Jhenner on this visit. He was courteous & helpful with any concerns I had. I chose to wait for my vehicle & was invited to have a seat & grab a coffee. Other staff members smiled & acknowledged me when they caught my eye. After the vehicle's maintenance was done, when I inquired about a feature in the car that I wasn't quite sure of; Jhenner came out to the vehicle & showed me how to use it. I've had really positive experiences at this Kia dealership! Keep up the good work! More
fair and respectful negotiation To be honest I just wandered into Birchwood to checkout the Kia Soul, out of curiosity. Well, I was met by consultant Weije Fu who was very helpful. H To be honest I just wandered into Birchwood to checkout the Kia Soul, out of curiosity. Well, I was met by consultant Weije Fu who was very helpful. He even pointed out the specials that were on as well as the major May long-weekend sale event that was occurring at the time. It turns out that it wasn’t just a gimmick to get potential customers in the door. They had some really great deals and discounts on top of that. The next day, when I returned some of the rest of the team (Connnor Gregory, Kristian Hybschmann and Jennifer Klassen) also helped work out a very satisfying deal that included a fair offer for my trade-in. To make a not-so-long story short, I drove away in a couple days - very happy – with a Kia Sorento with all the features and warranty that I wanted - and then some. What I liked is that all of our discussions were “on the table”. Sure salesmen do their thing and customers do theirs, but I always had the impression that our negotiations were honest and respectful. So, when it was all over – everything was concluded with a great feeling. More
Great Experience Three weeks after I helped my daughter buy a used '14 Forte5 from Kia on Regent, we decided it was time to replace our '08 Rondo. I contacted Tim and Three weeks after I helped my daughter buy a used '14 Forte5 from Kia on Regent, we decided it was time to replace our '08 Rondo. I contacted Tim and drove the '17 Niro. Awesome car. Tim and Connor arranged for me to take an extended test drive in the Niro so that I could get it to my wife to drive..and she loved it. We got a great deal and the process with Lee in the business office was painless. Have driven the Niro around town a couple of days now and are averaging 4.8 l/100 km - almost 58.8 mpg!! More
Absolutely disgusted My 2015 Kia Forte had excessive metal filings in the engine oil therefore I needed a complete new engine installed. They tried hiding the issue with t My 2015 Kia Forte had excessive metal filings in the engine oil therefore I needed a complete new engine installed. They tried hiding the issue with the engine from me and after multiple tries I finally received the report stating the issue. I was given the run around for week before they agreed to swap the entire engine. The replacement was covered under warranty but no one, the dealership and Kia Canada, can offer any type of support or reassurance that my car will not have similar further issues. I have requested extended warranty on just the engine and have been given the absolute worst customer service from Kia Canada. I was told directly from Kia Canada that they do not care about negative reviews, therefore they do not care about their customers. After the engine replacement, my car ran fine for a few weeks however I have to bring the car back due to an excessively loud howling noise coming from the front end of the car. This is a 2 year old car with MAJOR issues and no one from Kia cares. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly suggest no one give Kia their business. You will be in the service centre often, drive an unreliable car, and get the worst customer service if you do decide to go with a Kia. More
