Disappointing took my 2017 Tucson in October for a warranty oil change. when I picked it up there was no discussion on the inspection report. but as I saw later on took my 2017 Tucson in October for a warranty oil change. when I picked it up there was no discussion on the inspection report. but as I saw later on the form it reported a broken undertray. I made an appointment to have it fixed. at that appointment i was given a quote of $670.00. |I balked at that and asked if they would remove it as it was dragging on the ground. I was told "no. too busy" I reminded him that I was there for a service appointment and there should be time . answer remained the same "No too busy". Is this customer service? Now I know who I can count on. Not Birchwood Hyundai !! More
