This dealership skirts around rather abundant issue of their vehicles losing oil. After they claimed our vehicle had "lost all of its oil" in a month (Oil changed in March, taken to dealership in April) t their vehicles losing oil. After they claimed our vehicle had "lost all of its oil" in a month (Oil changed in March, taken to dealership in April) they had us pay them to perform another oil change and participate in a Oil Consumption Analysis Test. A month later, we came in and magically the vehicle had only lost "0.7 Litres" as they claim. They topped it up. Fast forward another month and the vehicle had lost the same amount from March to April. The vehicle is losing approx 1.46mL/km, and somehow they tried to claim that amount as lower. Very shady things happening here. More

I have been looking for a new vehicle for a long time and have been to just about every car dealership in Winnipeg. Zach was the very best of all of them. He was so knowledgeable, knew exactly which models I should test drive and as soon as I came back from trying out the first one, he had the next vehicle waiting for me. Talk about service. Outstanding service by Jason Caron and Birchwood Hyundai team. I purchased my vehicle form Birchwood but was getting it serviced at the south end of the city where I live.
