Excellent professional and knowledgable customer service right from my first email inquiry until I drove my new car off the lot. Gord was accessible, friendly and responsive to my many questions and ensured right from my first email inquiry until I drove my new car off the lot. While I am a believer that there is always room for improvement, I can’t find even one constructive criticism for Birchwood Hyundai at this time. The service department is terrible. They booked an appointment for me on a day when their dealership was closed. They even sent me a text a few days before asking me to confirm the appo They booked an appointment for me on a day when their dealership was closed. They even sent me a text a few days before asking me to confirm the appointment. I drove all the way there only to find that it was closed for Louis Riel Day. Why are they booking appointments for a day when they are not even open? I have called the numerous times to follow up but have received no response. This dealership is happy to take your money when you buy a car but can't be bothered to provide good service if you have a recall notice or need to get some maintenance done on your car. I will definitely be buying my next car somewhere else. More
