Great Service, Great Experience In 2015 I called to find a used car for my wife and had Leeto search many options for us but we could not find anything. After a couple of weeks searc In 2015 I called to find a used car for my wife and had Leeto search many options for us but we could not find anything. After a couple of weeks searching, we then decided to wait until June of this year 2017 to move forward. I went and searched for Leeto at the dealerships for I wanted to do business with him for he was very understanding and patient with me when we spoke back in 2015. At the time I told him I would come back when we were ready for he provided great service and understood that we needed to wait. Two years later I called him up and sure enough he remembered who I was and we purchased a 2017 Elantra from him and once again we received great service from everyone involved. Receptionist is always kind, Jay was great to deal with as well as Stephen in the finance and warranty department. My wife loves her new car and that is the most important thing to me. Great Job!! Not a good start Well i must say they need to re-train their receptionists. I called to make an appointment about a recall on my vehicle. The first time i tried calling i got transferred to 4 different departments. The final one being someones voicemail. He did not ever bother to call me back which i found to be quite rude. The next day i called again, luckily only one transfer this time. They easily made my appointment, and everything else about the service was pleasant. Had my car back within 3 hours, even washed. More
