Leased vehicle and when time to buy it out, I wrote emails to 2 Financial Services Managers asking for details on how we can move forward with buyout option. Best Hyundai service experience in Winnipeg! I needed a repair on my Hyundai Tucson and the first dealership I called said they could not make me an appointment for 5 weeks! The second dealershi I needed a repair on my Hyundai Tucson and the first dealership I called said they could not make me an appointment for 5 weeks! The second dealership was 4 weeks and then when I contacted Birchwood Hyundai they got me in the next day and were able to repair it the same day, the gentleman Chris who helped me was great. I do not live anywhere near Birchwood Hyundai but will absolutely be seeing them for all my servicing going forward. More

Put a $1000 24 hr hold on a vehicle. We decided against buying the vehicle as it had a number of issues even after going through their comprehensive inspection process???? Sales manager We decided against buying the vehicle as it had a number of issues even after going through their comprehensive inspection process???? Sales manager refused to refund the $1000 hold even though they had written proof that we had canceled within 24 hrs. He claimed that their sales peoples's time was worth something. Had to come down to the dealership and get their GM involved who initially sided with the Sales Manager. Eventually got our money back but would never buy from, or recommend, them to anyone. More
