Honest opinion and great service I went to Birchwood GM for a second opinion regarding a power steering pump fix. After taking longer than they should have, the first place quoted me I went to Birchwood GM for a second opinion regarding a power steering pump fix. After taking longer than they should have, the first place quoted me new parts for the steering gear and the pressure hoses. Birchwood analyzed the issue, and determined that neither the gear nor the hoses needed to be fixed. I was consistently kept in the loop by Chris, and he went above and beyond expectations. Overall savings relative to the first opinion was $1,500, and Birchwood GM has gained a new customer and referral source. 10/10. More

Alvin Alard of Birchood Buick is amazing!!! I took my wife's 2011 Buick Regal in for some maintenance that was under warranty, Alvin took care of everything, and when he needed it for the night I took my wife's 2011 Buick Regal in for some maintenance that was under warranty, Alvin took care of everything, and when he needed it for the night because he wanted to make sure everything was perfect, he set me up with a loaner car at no cost. He kept me informed all the way of what was going on and personally made sure everything was perfect for my wife. He is super friendly and very very knowledgeable.
