My wife took our GMC Terrain in due to the block heater not working. Service took a look at it and determined it was just a loose connection. We then met our salesperson, Brandon Olson, who impressed us with his quiet manner and extreme knowledge of GM vehicles. After finding out about our likes and dislikes in the vehicles we drove, Brandon arranged a demo ride in the vehicle we eventually purchased.
