Horrible experience I started my used car search at Gus Revenburg where I knew someone. I found a car that I liked, then told him I wanted to visit other dealers to comp I started my used car search at Gus Revenburg where I knew someone. I found a car that I liked, then told him I wanted to visit other dealers to compare prices etc. I visited 2 others then went to see Simion at Best Rate, and I found a car that I liked. I agreed to buy the car. As a courtesy to my brother in law at Gus Revenburg, I called him to say I had found a car that I was going to purchase. He surprisingly told me that I had already committed to his car, and that I should tell Best Rate to cancel the deal. Although I did not recall agreeing to buy his car, he convinced me that because I had left a deposit, that was as good as signed agreement. When I explained this to Best Rate, they begrudgingly agreed to cancel the deal. Two weeks after I had taken delivery of the car from Revenburg, I discovered that Best Rate had submitted the deal to the bank, and I was now paying for two cars, one of which was still sitting on Best Rates lot. When I spoke to the bank, they told me that only the dealer could cancel the payments. I spent the next 6 weeks, and 3 payments, trying to convince Best Rate to cancel the deal. I spoke with Don Rizoski personally and he refused to concede. I was also informed that the Revenburg salesman had mislead me and so I was very upset and frustrated. I finally went i to BEst Rate and begged Simion and the business manager to ask Rizoski to cancel the deal. Two days later he did. He intentionally forced me to pay him almost $700 for a car I never owned. Lesson learned. Stay away from all used car dealers! They lie, steal, and will do and say anything to sell their car. More

We were not in need of a new used vehicle until our was hit on the road and the driver left the scene. Our current car was serving the purpose. It was written off so we had to look for another car. We had gone to another dealership and were disappointed in how they treated us. My husband just happened to drive by Best Rate and stopped in. Louis showed him some cars. I returned with my husband and we took one for a test drive. Needless to say we purchased our new (used) car and were extremely happy with our purchase. I guess things happen for a reason. Louis was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We never felt pressured and he answered all our questions. A month later we returned to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. From the moment the salesman took us for a ride in the Town and Country van that we bought we were sold. He was so friendly and funny, great personality.
