Louis met us in the parking lot with a car matching what I thought we wanted when we talked on the phone. When we arrived at the lot we were thinking of a different vehicle. I would recommend Best Rate to anyone looking for friendly, great service and nice vehicles for a decent price. They cleaned the car when it was time for me to pick it up like it was brand new! I would highly recommend Best Rate Auto to anyone. From beginning to end Best Rate and its staff where nothing but professional and helpful. At the time I purchased my vehicle from Best Rate I was going th beginning to end Best Rate and its staff where nothing but professional and helpful. At the time I purchased my vehicle from Best Rate I was going through a very rough time in my life, I had poor credit and was in desperate need of a car, Best Rate was nothing less then understanding and went out of their way to help me. Unfortunately I could no longer afford the vehicle, Best Rate was more then understanding, Rod even went as far as to come to my house and talk with me, after everything even telling me that once I'm back on my feet to come see him.
