Amazing Staff! Simon is an amazing salesmen! He went out of his way to make sure I was more than satisfied. Continuously follows up with me to this day in regards to Simon is an amazing salesmen! Let me test drive vehicles, and take to my own mechanic to see the vehicle we were interested in. No hassles, non judgmental, no questions. Even if you have bad credit these guys will work for you. Matthew Beswick who takes care of the financing was amazing too. He really did his work for us. He was Efficient by giving us quick facts and quote's on rates same day!!!!! He went above and beyond helping by shopping around for good financing rates for us. I appreciate all the help and had a lovely experience when dealing with these guys. A MUST if you are looking to buy!! My husband and I went to the 6045 Tecumseh location. As soon as we walked onto the lot, we were immediately greeted by Louis Sleiman. The finance department was very informative of options, and took care of everything. The customer care and service at this dealership is above all the rest hands down. Misinformed and Disappointed I purchased a vehicle at Best Rate last August. I wanted to buy a used vehicle but I was very adamant on buying a used car that had not been in any ac I purchased a vehicle at Best Rate last August. I wanted to buy a used vehicle but I was very adamant on buying a used car that had not been in any accidents. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Civic which appeared to be in good condition. Still, I inquired about whether or not it had been in any accidents and I was told no and also shown a clean Car Facts report. However, since purchasing my vehicle it is clear that it has in fact been in an accident and was poorly repaired which is beginning to show. After inspecting more closely, I’ve noticed that there is over spray from where the paint job was fixed. There is a gap between the front headlight and the body of the car (which seems to get worse as time goes on), and there is a cap missing from the edge of the body. I take full responsibility for possibly not looking closely enough at my car before making the purchase, however I feel extremely taken advantage of as a young person purchasing their first vehicle. While these flaws are something that I clearly overlooked, they are not something that should have been missed by a person who sells cars for a living. Whether the car facts was clean or not, I feel I was given inaccurate information before purchasing my car. More
