We also appreciated that Elena Olifirenko accepted that we did not want any extras and did not waste our time by pressuring us. Hannah Carpenter was amazing. She was efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She set up my phone for the car in seconds, when it would have taken me so much time and perhaps I would never have bothered to set it up. It amazed me how she knew all the functions of the car and took the time to go through them with us. Hannah even suggested a picture of us with the car and then took a few. Really nice.
