The staff at Baytowne was friendly and inviting and made me feel very comfortable. My sales rep, Richard, answered all my questions, I had a lot of questions, and he never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Marla, in the finance department, was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have 3 Siberian Huskies that ride along with me and she understood what having these dogs in the car is like. She helped me make the best decisions based on what I would be using my vehicle for with the dogs and I added a few extra protection items that I otherwise would not have thought about. I went around different dealers but did not find what I was looking for, plus the Hyundai ELENTRA was just amazing. I rented the car prior and fell in love with it. The elentra is an amazing car and I am so happy its my first car! Amazing features and I feel so safe. Spencer was there to help me throughout the ENTIRE process, from picking the car, test driving, etc. He showed me every button in the car.
