We went out of our way to travel to buy a brand new Jeep in 2015 from Goudy Motors. The experience with Don was great. Since then we have had the Jeep back several times for service. Every single time I walk in I get looked at with a blank look, like I am a stranger and asked if I want a ride somewhere. Where do I want to go? I just drove an hour to get here. I just want to sit down and relax and wait for my vehicle. So I sit in a little, hard, uncomfortable, chrome chair and wait. Driving home after my oil change I try to use my washer fluid and it runs dry. Funny because the bill stated they had checked all my fluid levels. This time, even though I was only 6,000 km over warranty, I had to pay large for fixing leaks that shouldn't have been there in the first place. I am sorry for expecting a little small town courtesy which is definitely not there. I brought in a lovely 2015 Jeep for service and was given a smelly little clunker as a loner vehicle. I am done making a 2 hour round trip for lousy customer service. Thanks for nothing.
