I wasn't ready I walked into Bayfield Ford last summer or fall knowing I was going to have to replace my 2006 F150. Chatted with a guy called Ford. I wasn't ready, but I knew it was coming. He kept in touch with me. When it became clear I needed the new truck asap, I made arrangements to meet with me. We looked online and found EXACTLY what I wanted. He also took the time and care to make sure that I got all of the incentives that were offered. He wasn't about "the deal", he was about the person, and the perfect fit. Coming from an industry that interacts with people all the time, I recognize stellar service when I receive it. It was a great experience from start to finish. Ford was amazing :) I will use him for all of my future ford purchases. I do have to say that during this time, I was woo'd by Chev/Gm and Ram for my business...in the beginning I was shopping to make sure I got what I wanted. I am beyond happy that I chose Ford @ Ford. Also, Michael Bone made choosing my warranty and maintenance packages clear and easy. Sal was great to deal with too. 10/10 More
