2 hour wait to have UHB connection in car checked out My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. I was at your dealership 15 minutes early. The car was taken for service at 10:35 am. My wait was just past 2 hours and then I was advised there is nothing wrong with the car's UHB connection. I am then presented with a bill for $118.00. Frankly, I found this whole experience excessive. I do not plan on using your service department in the future. From my perspective there appeared to be lots of employees standing around chit-chatting in the service reception area. This is all overhead and explains why your charge out rates are through the roof Ron Follett. More
