On our final trip, we noticed a problem with my Dodge Nitro, Being four hours away from home, with niether internet access or phone book, I immedietly called Mac Lang in Sundridge, as they have taken excellant care of us and our vehicles for many years. They suggested I call Bay King, and gave me a phone number. From my first conversation with Gary, I felt reassured. I can bake a great apple pie but I can't tell you much about the mechanics of my truck. Although I could offer him no clue as to the problem, he told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Keep in mind this was happening right at closing time! The next morning, Aleka called me with a diagnosis and a cost estimate. I was greatly relieved, and thru my conversations with each of your staff, I felt that I was in good hands. I was very much reminded again of Mac Lang,as the level of customer service was exceptional. When I explained to Gary that I would have to leave my vehicle for a week until I could make arrangements to get back down to Hamilton, he told me that was no problem. Once more, I felt that I was a valued customer and not just a one-off repair for a visitor. When the time comes for our son to purchase his first vehicle, he will come to Bay King. We would absolutely reccomend Bay King to anyone who is thinking about a Dodge Chrysler vehicle in the Hamilton area, and from the bottom of my heart, I thank each and everybody I spoke with. Mike was our salesman, and was helpful and not the least bit pushy at all. He had patience and a great sense of humour while my wife and I wrestled with the decision - used vs new vs used.......lol. In the end we did make a decision and coudn't be happier.
