Top Notch Service I had booked an appointment for my vehicle, and from the moment I arrived the staff all made me feel welcome and that I was important as a customer. The service rep was very nice and knowledgeable, very professional, and gave me the best estimate possible for when the work would be done. The shuttle driver took me wherever I wanted to go, and picked me up when my vehicle was done. The service work was done quickly, and they so checked everything else while it was in just to make sure there were no outstanding issues that I would need to return to complete. Such a positive experience makes me feel better about the purchase I made there. I think when the next vehicle is up for replacement, I’ll be shopping here again! More

The staff are friendly, the check in was efficient, and the work done efficiently. My only complaint was that my vehicle has an issue with the rain sensing wipers. When I asked them to look at this, I was told that there is a $240 diagnostic fee just to determine what’s wrong so I ended up not having the problem dealt with. It’s unfortunate their diagnostic fee is so high - it has essentially forced me to use another shop for non-warranty repairs. More
