World class, locally. My first time at this dealership. Top drawer from the moment I walked in. Friendly and professional. Primary sales contact was Carlos Arroyo and I can't say enough positive about his professional salesmanship, patience, and congeniality. His blend of product knowledge and the pride he exudes for the BMW brand is infectious. I took my time, with a purchase of this amount, researching a lot of the higher-end SUV market, and Carlos was patient, and, I suspect, confident, that I would return. And during my repeated visits, when Carlos was busy, his shift partner, Christopher, would ably and affably take over, answer my questions. To finalize the deal, Carlos introduced me to Mike, his Sales Manager, an extremely knowledgeable young man, skilled in the art of win-win negotiations and we concluded the deal, both feeling we had arrived at the best deal possible. So much more to say that time precludes: tour of the service area, introduction to technicians, tour of wheel room where my winter tires are stored, repeated and extended (overnight) test drives, followup with mailed Thankyou card and more. Overall just a very positive experience. It felt like being initiated into an exclusive group, or being welcomed into a family. And that's not even mentioning the BMW brand and vehicle, in all it's splendor! I highly recommend this dealership and the "Carlos" experience! More
