My husband and were shopping for a used vehicle. We had spent the whole day looking at vehicles and test driving. When we arrrived at Barry Cullen's, Ted greeted us and was so friendly and very helpful,but spent the whole day looking at vehicles and test driving. He helped us narrow down our search. He offered to send us information via email, since we live out of town and are vey busy with small kids.We ended up purchasing a used vehicle, that I really love. Ted was very honest and so helpful. I had to have some work done to the vehicle after purchasing it, and the collision center was very efficient and even cleaned my vehicle for me!! There was a shuttle available to take me to work, and pick me up from work.I will recommend Barry Cullen's to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for a great experience. More

I don't have anything bad to say about Rhys Evans. He is a true pleasure to work with and it's reassuring to know that he's willing to help his customers and provide information anytime he's free. He makes sure you know how to use all of the equipment in your vehicle before you leave the lot. He set up my bluetooth for me and helped me with my OnStar account right in the lot. He called me several times after my purchase to be sure I was happy with my new car and to be sure I didn't have any new questions or concerns. It's this commitment to customer satisfaction that really makes Rhys stand out. He's not happy until you are happy, which is refreshing. No matter the issue, Rhys is always ready to help. He's told me that if I ever need or want to have my car serviced at the dealership that he will personally deal with them for me, if I prefer. I came in upset on one occasion and he dealt with my issue on the spot, taking my car directly into the shop to have it checked out. He stayed with my car while it was being tested and reported the results back to me as soon as he was able to. He even had a mechanic come in to discuss it with me so I could be more at ease. It's reassuring to have someone like him to deal with, who has your best interest in mind, rather than just the dealership's. Aside from my most recent experience with the dealership, I will say that I've had an issue with FixAuto (the body shop attached to the dealership). I had damage done to my vehicle and had it repaired through insurance. I went to Barry Cullen seeing they specialize in Chevrolet vehicles. The work done to my car was not up to par for a dealership of this calibre and my insurance company agreed that the repairs were not done properly so I had to have the work redone. Since then, I've been very cautious of using them. It could have been purely human error and had someone apologized and agreed with me (rather than making up a story to cover why they did something / dealt with it at that level, rather than make me call the insurance company to inspect it), I could have forgiven/forgotten. I will give them another shot so I am hoping for better results if I ever require their services again. More

My parents had purchased a new car from Patrick earlier on in the year and when I was looking to buy my first car I had no hesitation to purchase from Patrick. The car was very clean -inside and out. Patrick also sat with me in the front seat and explained what everything was and where to locate different buttons.
