He was the guy who fought for us to get us the deal we wanted. He was so kind and friendly but not over stepping or pushy. We were there with our two kids who acted just like a 6 and 2 year old would and instead of the employees treating us like parents with crazy kids they made them popcorn and put on a movie when it came down to discussing our deal and then giving them stuff to colour with. James Ellis who was in the finance departent was so informative and no matter how many questions I had he answered them and even though we had already signed the dotted line he was never making us feel like we needed to leave because the deal was done.
