Great sales staff. Khao went above and beyond to pick me up at my home in Kelowna when I purchased the CRV. The service staff were very friendly and efficient. The price was comparable to similar dealerships (from viewing service invoices from friends). Shuttle service was offered but not needed. The work was co price was comparable to similar dealerships (from viewing service invoices from friends). Shuttle service was offered but not needed. The work was completed faster then I expected. The only slight criticism I have is that they didn't even clean my windshield. After buying the vehicle new there as well as several options and winter tires one would expect a little "extra" service like this if not a complete wash. This used to be fairly customary in the past but I guess nor more. More
