I finally purchased new tires for my 2015 Honda CR-V. I had very good service from Nychelle in getting quotes for my tires and making recommendations as these are the first tires I've had to purchase (alwa had very good service from Nychelle in getting quotes for my tires and making recommendations as these are the first tires I've had to purchase (always got a new vehicle before needing new tires). However, I was very disappointed in the COVID-19 adherence to mask use by staff in general during my waiting for my tires to be installed. Many staff either wore masks not covering nose and mouth, hanging from one ear or none at all while moving about the dealership. Bannister Honda has signs indicating masks are required (for customers?) but what about staff? I felt uncomfortable during my one and a half hour wait. I should have waited outside or chosen the shuttle. When told it would take about an hour for my service, I elected to stay. More
