communication was poor.... When I phoned in for service the receptionist asked if I wanted the air conditioning done , I told her I will think about it. There was no mention of a B service..Got to the dea the receptionist asked if I wanted the air conditioning done , I told her I will think about it. There was no mention of a B service..Got to the dealership and the only question asked was if the air filter was dirty ,could they change it ,I said sure if its dirty. That was the only conversation I had with service counter because the driver was asking if I needed a ride... and we left. Did not sign anything. More

I have been unhappy with his dealership in the past. But I think they just redeem themselves. They were able to find rims and tires for my brand new pilot for a decent affordable price.
