Time wise was good my only criticism is the mechanic who threw my summer tires in the back seat and not changing the bags which were dirty some were ripped. It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff at Bannister Honda. Jason, my salesperson, was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable and Tracy the manager and Udai the finance manager were both so helpful a Honda. Overall the service department is good. Much better than it was although they had a lot of staff turnover which I’m sure contributed to some of the issues. Service is ok. They do not wash or vacuum your vehicle. Services are very expensive. I paid $532 in Feb for a service and then had another service done on Oct 23 at a cost of $319 and had only driven 331 Services are very expensive. I paid $532 in Feb for a service and then had another service done on Oct 23 at a cost of $319 and had only driven 3315 km between services. Feel services should be based on mileage no each 6 months. Likely go elsewhere for service due to cost and need. More
