We are committed to providing high-quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. This is very disappointing to us after we had stayed late to finish the repairs which you had damaged after trying to repair yourself.We have tried to contact you 14 times but you have decided not to help resolve this issue. Just a short comment: the mark up which you mention was 540 % actually included the labour; but this was explained to you at check out, though you have obviously forgotten this. You are incorrect again or just plain lying, I had to repair the suv after it went into Bannister Honda for a alignment on Saturday morning and someone in your shop broke the camber bolt completely off. We received a call Saturday telling us we would have to pay almost $1400.00 more to repair the suv because your mechanic broke the camber bolt off. I decided to do the repairs myself to save our daughter some money and to see if I could save the $500.00 part your service department wanted to replace. The part you claim I damaged was the same part your service department told us had to be replaced. As far as the 540% part surcharge I can provide the two invoices showing the same part number one for $9.32 and one for $50.00 there is no mention of labour. Labour is always listed as a separate line item. The only reason anyone was there late was because the camber bolt was broken by your mechanic, and we were told your shop could do the alignment if we brought the vehicle in by 4:30 which we did. Our daughter waited for the vehicle to have the alignment done, she was told she should wait rather than get a ride home as we suggested. Our daughter missed 5 days of work because of your dealership breaking the camber bolt when they tried to do the alignment the first time. I would like to think that other dealerships would at least help out with the price of the repairs if they broke a part. Also no one has tried to contact me 14 times that is also not true.
