Good Ending To Our Search We found the sales rep Jason to be knowledgable about the vehicle, we were looking for new but 2015 cannot be flat towed so we were shown a 2014 - Jas We found the sales rep Jason to be knowledgable about the vehicle, we were looking for new but 2015 cannot be flat towed so we were shown a 2014 - Jason gave us enough time to decide what we wanted - did not rush us, but we found him to be a little over keen and a little over friendly to begin with - we prefer just business which he seemed to realise after a couple of e-mails. He was very willing to let us try other models, which we appriciated. He also gave us a very very detailed review of all the workings, and took his time and did not mind how many questions we asked - a big big plus for us. I would go back to him for advise as I thought he was genuine when telling us he was there to help with anything. Ryan King was very business like and effecient which we liked. I did not like the friendly pat on the back from, who I think, was the person who OK's the final price, women just need a hand shake when being congratulated, nothing more. More

Salesman of the year: And the winner is....Jason Tissington! I was filled with trepidation at buying a used vehicle. After searching for a few months, I went to the Bannister Honda site,finding a Honda Civic Hyb I was filled with trepidation at buying a used vehicle. After searching for a few months, I went to the Bannister Honda site,finding a Honda Civic Hybrid. Since my huge reason for buying was fuel economy, my thinking was this would be awesome. The secretary introduced Jason Tissington, From the very beginning Jason treated me with respect, friendliness, consideration, answering my questions in a straightforward manner which I was totally appreciative of. During the test drive he gave me a few pointers in a nonjudgemental atmosphere, and also had a route planned out which gave me an excellent idea of how the vehicle would run on hills, straight stretches and more. Returning, Jason made sure I was comfortable while he got a fair price for me, set me up with finance, Ryan King and Aggie Jezewska. To go even further, Jason agreed to deliver the car on Saturday rather than Monday,changing the appointment time to 11am from 1pm at my request. From my beginning to ending experience I am only able to use words, hardly justifying the extent of my profound feelings at having Jason Tissington guide me through the process of having my new to me vehicle. The airconditioning was not working as it should Tammy, Grant and Ken were great to deal with! I initially called Grant and he explained what he thought the problem might be. Unfortunately when the car went in for its exam, it was found that the condenser was no longer working and a new one was required. That meant big bucks and Tammy has a great sense of humor in trying to ease the wallet pain. The car was repaired today, washed and vacuumed out and it looks great!
