So far, I'm pleased with the thorough inspection I've been given, so trust is built up over time. I do go over my vehicle AFTER I have the work is done, and I'm please with the results A VALID CONCERN: On occasion I do go into the show room to look around, and on several occasions sales personnel continued to sit in their office or stare out the front window and I actually had to approach them . . . on several occasions. Actually Tammy was more informative and willing to give me a little time and the answers I was looking for, and she did a good job of it I have been considering a fully loaded TRUCK. She asked the right questions to my inquiry . . . about the Ridgeline (not sure of the spelling) . . . was being reconfigured this year. I had looked at a Ford, worth about $57,000. A consideration at some point in the future. Sales at Watkins were quick to show me what they had and weren't worried about wasting their (UP} on their floor. Ford DOES have an excellent line of trucks . . . so the next time a customer comes into the show room, get off your (you know what) and greet the customer in the show room. Maybe you should give Tammy a go at sales, I think she'd make an excellent choice, the next time you need arises More

They didn't try to sell us on services that were unnecessary or try to up sell us on anything. They were honest and very fast! They were able to get us in, inspect the car, change the oil and fluids, fix our tire alignment, and clean it in under 3 hours. Plus, they have a great lounge area fully stocked with refreshments while you are waiting. Every staff member is friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this place to our friends and family!
