Yes, auto maintenance is expensive, & perhaps we could find someone to do the job a little cheaper, but here we know it will be done right the first time. They're always ready for me when I arrive, go over what's going to be done, estimate the cost, call if there's a problem, & usually have the vehicle ready at the agreed time. Many of the staff have been there a long time, & know their customers' preferences, such as "make everything like new," or "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." More

My boyfriend and I were wandering around the lot just looking My story with Jason begins in the summer of 2015, when I came in to get my car serviced. My boyfriend and I were wandering around the lot just looking at the cars when we met Jason. I definitely had no intention to buy at the time, which Jason knew, yet he chatted with us and took us on a test drive. This ultimately led to me coming back to Jason when I was ready to buy my new 2016 Honda Civic. I respected his honesty and friendliness during the process. My only complaint is that we had an 11am appointment with Aggie for which we had to wait 45 minutes. But, I understand that meetings can go long and during ours she took her time with us, which I totally appreciated (it also helped that she was an absolute delight to chat with). I love the great people at Bannister and I will be coming back for services and future car purchases! More

Honda CRV PARTS RECALL AND OIL CHANGE APT No surprise here...Bannister Honda has to be one of the best dealers in Vernon. We were thankful to get the call from Bannister for the airbag replac No surprise here...Bannister Honda has to be one of the best dealers in Vernon. We were thankful to get the call from Bannister for the airbag replacements. We have been waiting since the press release indicating our vehicle was one of those that had potentially dangerous units. While having this work done we also had our regular oil change looked after. Love Tammy who has been with this Honda dealership since we moved here (I think)? She is a wonderful representative for the dealership..courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly...one of the reasons we keep going back....love the cat wash and inside spruce up too. Most of all we have been thrilled about the reliability of our Honda CRV...it's a 2003 and still a great vehicle. A testament to regular servicing for sure. See you next regular service appointment!
