I was pleasantly surprised they were not needed and the oil change and inspection service was very competitively priced. (Cheaper then other lube shops I have visited in the past) they even washed my vehicle. Overall an excellent experience and I will return for other service when needed. More

Buying a used car I arrived intending to look at one used car I found online. However, there were two cars on the lot that were identical models, but they had different I arrived intending to look at one used car I found online. However, there were two cars on the lot that were identical models, but they had different prices and different odometer readings - I ended up looking at both. Both cars had been shoveled out and warmed up when I got there! The first car I was shown was not the car I had intended on looking at. The only reason I knew this was because the odometer reading was different than the one I found online. The signing of this car was a bit confusing because the sign on the mirror said it was a LX model and the one on the side window said it was an EX model and both signs had two different prices. I found this confusing, but Enzo was quick to remedy my confusion. This was also the case with the car I had intended on seeing. When I was looking at the file for the car I was most interested in, there were some discrepancies between what the file had and what was posted on the car. Specifically, the odometer reading was significantly different on the file as compared to what the car actually had. Enzo and Don both looked into this and they ended up having four employees checking the file against the car to see where the error had been made - it ended up being a typo. I was very impressed at their commitment to rectify the error quickly. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were some problems with signing and filing, I believe they handled everything quickly and with professionalism. I appreciated that the staff was not pushy about having me buy a car - they seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I was well informed and happy with my decision rather than simply wanting to make a sale. A week or after purchasing my car, Enzo gave me a phone call to check-in with me about how I liked the car and encouraged me to stop in at the dealership or contact him should I have any questions about my car. More
