Like a brand new vehicle I recently had my CRV detailed at Bannister Honda. It's like I have a brand new vehicle again. I hadn't been as diligent lately keeping my vehicle clean (inside and out) and when I noticed Bannister was offering a spring detail promotion, I took them up on their offer. Everything that was noted on their list to clean was done. Tammy is always so pleasant to work with, efficient and friendly. I didn't like the thought of not having a vehicle for most of the day (the service was from 9 - 5), I was offered a loaner vehicle at no additional charge. This made it so convenient for me. I use Bannister for my regular vehicle maintenance/service as well. More

Exceeded my expectations I brought in my Accord for service. I was hesitant to go to the dealer for service as I've heard they tend to be more expensive than a third party. I was given options of replacement and was actually encouraged to do the cheaper option as that was best suited to my vehicle. This dealership really does have the customer's best interests in mind and is not focused on making a buck. It felt like I was put first over the bottom line. I highly recommend Bannister Honda. Purchase of new 2017 CR-V After browsing thru Honda dealers in Vernon, BC we received a welcoming e-mail from Tracy Evans and she arranged a date for us to visit the dealershi After browsing thru Honda dealers in Vernon, BC we received a welcoming e-mail from Tracy Evans and she arranged a date for us to visit the dealership. On arrival we were greeted by Tracy with the offer of coffee or water and an introduction to Geno Kushniruk a sales representative who turned out to be a friendly and knowledgeable car sales person. A very clever selection by Tracy. Not a high pressure person but very informative, who was able quickly to determine what kind of vehicle we desired. A viewing of the vehicle was arranged as well as a road trip. This vehicle was 5 years newer than our present CR-V and there were many changes to be explained, which they were very well. After inspection of out trade-in a deal was made. Due to the lateness of the day it was arranged that we would return in the morning for finalization etc. Geno had all arrangements made including insurance and a meeting with Dave Rooke.
