Excellent Customer Service The day I arrived to test drive the CRV it was raining. Wayne Marriot came over quickly to open the door for me. I was impressed. Then I called back approximately 3 weeks later and Wayne not only remembered me but what car I was currently driving. Due to the nature of my circumstances, I had to wait approximately 6 weeks before I could make a deal. Wayne kept in touch during those 6 weeks but did not pressure me in any way. When I could finally order the CRV I chose the Blue Pearl colour which of course is the hardest one to find. Don was able to get one up from the mainland for me. I am completely enjoying my new Honda and would recommend Bannister Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! It is no surprise to me that they were voted best dealership! More

Great service and employees! Today I had to have some recalls done on my 2008 CR-V. I had never been to this Honda dealership before but I was very pleased with the experience. Not only did they put in all three recall parts, they also did a break inspection. Now I was given an estimate of $45 for the break inspection but when I came back to pick up my vehicle they were kind enough to not charge me. I was very happy to see that! Also, xxxxxxto the ones who vacuumed and washed my vehicle. I was definitely not expecting that but it was really an amazing touch. I definitely recommend this Honda and will be back if I ever need anything. I also dealt a lot with Jamie since one of my parts was on backorder for a couple months and she was amazing to deal with. I also got a call from Tracey the day before just checking in and ensuring that I was properly taken care of and a few other things. Both women were very friendly and it made my experience all the better. More
