We weren't exposed to any high pressure sales tactics. And in the end we felt like we got the vehicle that was the right fit for our needs. After we'd made our decison, Shae was very patient with us, explaining the different warranty and protection options. And then we got an extremely helpful tutorial from Jason, who demonstrated how to use the technology in the vehicle. We particularly appreciated all the extra time Jason put in to that, and we got the impression that he would be pleased to help us again if/when we have any additional questions in the future. More

Serious problem with the last oil change The mechanic left the cap off the oil feed pipe, back in May, and we drove over 4000 kilometres before I discovered the problem. By then, most of the The mechanic left the cap off the oil feed pipe, back in May, and we drove over 4000 kilometres before I discovered the problem. By then, most of the oil had burned off or escaped into the motor - which is why we discovered it by its smell. The seriousness of this was that we were on our way, on a tight schedule, to Winnipeg towing our travel trailer - and now in Canmore, Alberta. After putting some 3.5 litres back into the oil tank, I located the cap lying on top of the radiator area, obviously and luckily trapped by the hood. Why did the oil warning light never go on? We could have killed the engine right there enroute. Bannister Honda did a good job of listening to my "accusations" and we decided, at my initiative, to do a "hot engine wash" to clean out any dirt left in the oil tank. Don't know what the oil looked like - they should have showed it to me. The Pilot runs well now; seems to have more zip; but I do not know the long term effect of this. I want this on record if anything comes up later in the life of the vehicle. More

Karl was hooked. He decided in Sept. to contact Pat via Honda website. Tracy replies promptly, very friendly and sets up appointment. Phoned her, she answered all of our questions about vehicle and put a hold on our choice. We felt secure and well taken care of by Tracy. Upon arrival she met us and introduced us to Jason. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, never mind patiently explaining to us seniors what we were getting and how everything worked on truck, even let Karl drive! Both were wonderful, helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Happy we went to Vernon for our Honda. More

A very enjoyable experience I had originally been searching online for a car, when I found one I wanted to inquire about it lead me to Bannister Honda. Tracy was my first introdu I had originally been searching online for a car, when I found one I wanted to inquire about it lead me to Bannister Honda. Tracy was my first introduction to the dealership, no one has ever given me better customer service. Anything I had a question about she was more than happy to answer, her elaboration on everything was superb. Gene gave me great insight on the vehicle as well as great conversation, not just salesman talk! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn't only want to buy a car, but enjoy the experience with people who don't make you feel like you're just another customer. Everyone here made me feel comfortable and safe purchasing the vehicle, I was well informed about everything the vehicle had gone through and when financing Udai did a fantastic job of making sure I got the best possible arrangement to fit my financial needs.
