Where else do you get your picture taken by the salesman when you buy a car and then we were taken to get a gift for each of us. That was very over the top in salesmanship. Service work I'm satisfied with the service I received today. Tammy, Service Advisor, did not recommend (push) servicing for my vehicle that was not required. In fact, she eliminated a job that was booked for my CRV today that was not required at this time. I'm grateful for her honesty. I also appreciated the fact that I was driven to a location of my choice because my vehicle was going to be in the shop for a few hours. My vehicle was washed on the outside of it which is another nice service. If my vehicle had been vacuumed inside of it I would have given Bannister five starts. :-) More

We weren't exposed to any high pressure sales tactics. And in the end we felt like we got the vehicle that was the right fit for our needs. After we'd made our decison, Shae was very patient with us, explaining the different warranty and protection options. And then we got an extremely helpful tutorial from Jason, who demonstrated how to use the technology in the vehicle. We particularly appreciated all the extra time Jason put in to that, and we got the impression that he would be pleased to help us again if/when we have any additional questions in the future. More
