I went in for a standard air bag recall and oil change and was absolutely impressed with every aspect of my experience - the booking of the appointmen I went in for a standard air bag recall and oil change and was absolutely impressed with every aspect of my experience - the booking of the appointment, the shuttle driver, the clean car after the fact, the honest and easy-to-follow report, the freedom of knowing they weren't trying to "squeeze" me for more money - but rather did exactly as I asked and didn't push any further. I even drove 45 minutes for this appointment and will happily do so from here on out. More
