Service department could use improvement I've always taken my car to the dealer for all service, even oil changes. However, I am seriously considering going somewhere else. The charges for an oil change go up significantly every time, and it's annoying that they charge for every single thing they use, and then also add on a category for shop supplies. Even though you have a scheduled appointment, they are almost always backed up, and you can't get your car back for most of the afternoon. Recently, they have started phoning to remind me that my car is due for service, and usually trying to pressure me into added services. They call this customer service, but I call it a marketing ploy. Very annoying! More
