Courteously knowledgeable and caring The staff listen patiently to my concerns, discuss possible solutions and assess the problem,contacting me before starting the repairs. After replacing some lights inside the dash, ( a much more complicated procedure than one would think), the mechanic was returning the cleaned vehicle to the lot when he noticed a slight flickering of the new dash lights. He had an ‘a-ha’ moment and returned the car to the shop, opened the dash and tightened the electrical connections behind the lights. I was not charged for this extra work, and enjoyed seeing the service staff pleased with solving the mystery of the flickering lights. The service department staff are also willing to discuss which repairs are worth doing on my Honda— which is 16 years old and has over 400,000km on it. I find their knowledge and experience with Hondas helps me plan for the future with my car. More
