Last week, I had my summer tires removed and winter tires installed.My appt. was for 1 pm. Since making the appt. , I had found out that I needed to be on child pick up duty at my grandchildren's school by 2 installed.My appt. was for 1 pm. I told Jack this upon my checkin, and he ensured me that he would personally ensure that I was in and out on time. The tire changeover was completed in about 35 minutes, and I was on my way.
