If this is how your service works, we will not even pay you for the maintenance. We donot have any this kind of experience with other dealers. will not go back for any service More

Promises but don't deliver WORST AUTO SALES! Used to have better customer service when they were at the old location across the street. From sales people to managers, all do WORST AUTO SALES! Used to have better customer service when they were at the old location across the street. From sales people to managers, all do nothing but LIE and LIE! They tell you that they have a car proof and that the car was never in an accident but they don't disclose that the car was in a bad shape and they covered it up and did a quick paint on it. You get to find that out later as the new paint starts to wear off and the rust comes through, then you will find out that it had a cheap coat of paint. When I asked the salesperson and the sales manager why there is a paint over-spray they pretended that they do not know and that is how the car was when they took it on a trade. They will tell you that they will do their best to take care of the problem. NEVER TRUST MENDES AGAIN. Once you're out of the door, customer service comes to an end. They tell you, DON'T WORRY, GIVE US FEW DAYS, They promise but do not deliver. The place has the most unprofessional business ethics. All you get from this place is nothing but promises, promises they don’t keep. BEWARE. Buying from them is nothing but NIGHTMARE. More

Untrained Service Advisors and Incomplete & Slow Service Many of the Service Advisors are inexperienced and very slow at their job. Part department never gives you a call back. I've ordered and paid for a touch-up pen for my car about two weeks ago. They said they will call me back as soon as they get it. But since I haven't heard anything from them, I called them back to check what's going on with my order. Then they said "Oh we have it. Come pick it up anytime." with no apology for not calling me back.(I was waiting for the word. LOL) Yup. I guess they don't care since they got the money? Or because it's just a $15 pen? I'm so disappointed. I've purchased two cars (both Toyota Rav4) from them. But now I'm about to lose my loyalty. More
