Had a scheduled appointment to test drive a 24 rav4 hybrid. Turns out the contact that set up the appointment was unknown to the salesman that greeted us upon arrival and also the receptionist. What was most disappointing was the fact that there was not a single car available to look at neverless drive. One question I had when appointment was set up was that I would be advised if inventory position changed prior to the date as we are from out of town. I received no such advice from that virtual sales person. Very poor reflection on the dealership👹. A further heads up on visiting was that the access and exit to their lot was difficult as there was a median that could not be crossed and a u turn further down the road had to be made for both access and exit, rather dangerous on a very busy road. I would not go back to that dealership again 👎 More
Tried to get service on Rav 4, first call to service , after 3 minutes the call dropped, next call i spoke with service advisor for 8 mins and call disconnected, called back and talked to soemone about a after 3 minutes the call dropped, next call i spoke with service advisor for 8 mins and call disconnected, called back and talked to soemone about a safety warnng system alarm and they told me 2 weeks before they could schedule an appointmnet for a safety issue . total xx service from what used to be a good brand . Bought my car out from a lease on May 15 2023. They took a payment out of my bank account on May 23, 9 days latter. Phoned 5 times keep putting me off. Beware of this dealer they aren't honest. Since my last review my experience with the sales team at Bank Street Toyota has done a complete 180. I have since experienced extreme noise and problems with my brakes which lead me to bring my vehicle into Bank Street Toyota has done a complete 180. I have since experienced extreme noise and problems with my brakes which lead me to bring my vehicle into Toyota to be serviced within 6 months of my purchase. I was told that there was nothing technically wrong with my brakes and that they were at 90% and good to go. Fast forward to April 2023(9 months later) and I am having the same issues with my brakes so I bring my vehicle back in for service. I am told that the vehicle I bought does not have Toyota brand brakes on it because when the brakes were replaced(directly before I purchased the vehicle) that the parts were not in stock so they used off brand parts in replacement. I was told that the only solution to my problem with the brakes is to have a complete brake replacement since they have now deteriorated to 30% and 40%. I have owned my vehicle for less that 2 years and have put in less than 10000kms. I bought my vehicle being told that the brakes on it had been replaced by their Toyota service department directly before I purchased the vehicle. Part of the reason I felt secure in purchasing this vehicle was that I was making my purchase with a Toyota brand dealer that was selling me Toyota brand vehicle and serviced by Toyota brand service department. To say I feel like I was swindled is a bit of an understatement. Not even two years after purchase I am being told that I need a complete brake replacement for my brakes to function properly. I have made attempts to contact the team at Toyota and the sales manager and general manager have not replied or responded to my requests for contact. The service manager has replied to my attempts at contact but because this is not an issue with the service department there is nothing that they can do except inform the general manager and sales manager. It’s has now been over a month and I still have not heard anything back from the sales team. I would highly suggest that anyone making a vehicle purchase with Bank Street Toyota double check that if you are purchasing a Toyota vehicle from them to make sure they are actually using Toyota parts when servicing your vehicle. What I thought had been a positive vehicle purchase experience has now turned into a nightmare and I am very frustrated with the level of service from this Toyota dealership. If I wanted used carlot service I would have made my purchase not from what I thought was a reputable dealer and I would have bought from a private lot and saved some of my money. More

Overall worst experience at Bank Toyota compared to other Toyota dealership. I was overcharged for an oil change $130 for a 2009 Camry. Parts are expensive compared to other Toyota dealership.
