Customers::: just be aware Customers service overall is top- notch, but customer concern as soon as your hitched is zero, i went to buy a car at this dealership as my husband t Customers service overall is top- notch, but customer concern as soon as your hitched is zero, i went to buy a car at this dealership as my husband talked me out into getting a mitsubishi outlander instead of the venza i really wanted. I signed the purchase agreement the first time i went there without any of the extended warranties they offer, i can see from the finance manager( Moe) that he seems disappointed, nevertheless he thanked us for the purchase,later that day he told us we were not aporoved and said we might be at an added interest, or at our bank at different terms, so i declined again saying, if it wont be at the terms we signed then im not buying anymore. After a few days he told me the car i wanted is not yet approved to be out, so i said its ok, then i will cancel it. He said they will talk to the manufacturer to reverse the promotions and rebates, In short, they gave In, and told me to pick up the car, Monday. Before the pick-up, I of course talked to my insurance and gave them the VIN of the car stated on the purchase agreement i first originally signed. When we drove off after signing everything, I did notice something like the odometer of the car given us was different from the car we saw first, but because I need to go to work I did not mind as it is just the odometer. Later that night, upon checking the Vin i gave to my insurance compared to the car they gave us, is different. Means they gave us a different car from the one which we signed in,,, I was furious and doesnt like the car anymore due to the fact that this dealership doesnt care about their customers once they signed, should have i gotten an accident that day, then I am not insured. They did not even call to inform me. Thats why if i could rate triple zero.... I will, they don't give a xxxx thing on you, once they have your money.... All they want is your$&$$$$$$$. More
